青椒炒肉怎麼炒還好吃

  1、青椒洗淨切成3厘米長的細絲,放入鹽腌漬片刻。

  2、花豬肉洗淨,切成長3厘米,寬5毫米,厚5毫米的絲,與鹽、40克澱粉攪拌均勻,腌漬入味。

  3、把醬油、35克澱粉放入碗内,加雞湯勾兌成芡汁。

  4、炒鍋燒熱,加油燒到7成熱,倒入青椒,用大火翻炒,取出;

  5、再放入25克香油,燒熱,放入肉絲,煸炒幾下,倒入青椒絲,加入少量澱粉水,翻炒幾下起鍋,撒上焙好的芝麻,即可。
