  1、食材:蒸爛的雞1隻,菠菜、水發木耳備25克,油1500克,醬油40克,醋25克,蔥花、蒜片備2克,料酒30克,鹽l克,味精l0克,白糖30克,香油l0克,水澱粉50克。

  2、菠菜切段,用碗把醬油、醋、糖、鹽、澱粉、味精、蔥、蒜、料酒及什件、菠菜、木耳調成汁;

  3、勺内放油,等油七成熱,雞下油炸透撈出,去大骨撕成條,碼放盤裡。坐勺倒上汁炒熟淋香油,澆在雞肉上即成。
