  1、備料:将幹豆皮取出來溫水泡1分鐘,撈出瀝幹。

  2、取個7~8層放在案闆上切小方條。

  3、熱鍋,寬油,大火。

  4、6成油溫,将豆皮下鍋炸,一面炸10秒,翻一面炸10秒,有點金黃就,放到盤子裡不會蔫就行。

  5、小貼士:豆皮放入鍋之前,拿在手上不要處于滴水的狀态,油鍋會炸。
