清蒸扇貝的做法

  1、蒸魚豉油15克,油15毫升,剁椒20克,蔥花20克,粉絲100克,扇貝300克,蒜15克,姜10克。

  2、粉絲泡軟,蒜切碎,姜切絲,鍋中加入油,燒熱後放入蒜末爆香,将一半的蒜蓉裝入碗中,倒入蒸魚豉油拌勻成調味汁,沿着殼肉把肉取下,去除内髒。

  3、重新放回扇貝,把剩下的蒜蓉放在扇貝肉上,放上姜絲,蒸鍋裡放冷水燒開後,放入扇貝大火蒸5分鐘出鍋,把扇貝去掉上面姜絲用小勺把調味汁趁熱澆在扇貝上,撒上蔥花和太子剁椒即可。
