  1、主料:五花肉800克、凍豆腐450克。輔料:胡蘿蔔300克。調料:色拉油、食鹽、料酒、小蔥、白糖(适量)。

  2、做法:鍋中放油,白糖放入鍋中小火翻炒;不停翻炒到白糖成焦糖色;泡去血水并切成塊的五花肉放入鍋中,快速翻炒使肉塊表面蘸勻糖;炒到肉塊油脂析出,倒出浮油;鍋中放入清水,料酒,鹽,大火燒開,小火炖30min;老豆腐事先凍成凍豆腐,切大塊;豆腐放入鍋中;胡蘿蔔放入鍋中;收湯,撒蔥花,翻炒均勻出鍋。
