  1、木耳提前泡發,洗淨,去蒂,撕成小塊。冬筍切塊,用水焯一下。

  2、肉切成片,加鹽、料酒、蚝油,抓勻,放冰箱冷藏20分鐘。加澱粉抓勻。

  3、鍋置火上,放入橄榄油,5成熱。

  4、放腌制好的肉片,滑散至變色。盛出。

  5、留底油,放蔥、蒜爆香。

  6、放冬筍片、木耳翻炒,加鹽、肉片,雞精翻炒均勻即可。
