  1、原料:青椒五斤,鹽半斤,醬油2.5斤,花生油0.3斤,蒜0.2斤,香油少許,花椒0.2斤,生姜0.2斤,白糖0.4斤,白酒0.4斤,味精0.2斤。

  2、首先将青椒5斤洗淨涼幹後切開,再加0.3斤鹽排去水。

  3、然後将花生油燒開,後倒入醬油,加入花椒,白糖,鹽,後燒開涼透。

  4、再加入白酒,味精,生姜,大蒜,香油。

  5、入壇密封30天後即成。
