  1、材料:豬瘦肉150克,江珧柱40克,蓮子50克。

  2、做法:先将豬瘦肉洗淨,切件;江珧柱洗淨,浸軟、撕碎;蓮子去心、洗淨,清水浸半小時。再将全部材料放入鍋内,加清水适量,武火煮沸後改文火煲2小時,調味供用。
