麻辣水煮肉片簡單做法

  1、食材:豬裡脊肉一塊、豆芽适量、青菜适量、蔥姜适量、雞蛋清一個、辣椒适量、澱粉一點。

  2、豬裡脊肉切成片,切好後沖水,控幹水分;

  3、放入盆中,加入鹽,雞精,料酒,半個雞蛋清,攪拌均勻;

  4、再放入一勺澱粉,抓裹均勻,加入食用油,淹10分鐘;

  5、把黃豆芽,青菜煮熟,撈出墊底;

  6、起鍋燒油,放入蔥姜末,麻椒,幹紅辣椒炒香;

  7、加入一勺豆瓣醬,小火炒出紅油,加入一塊火鍋料,一點醬油;

  8、加入一點水,煮開後放入肉片,加入鹽,胡椒粉,雞精,鍋内放油,放入麻椒辣椒,撈出即可。
