  1、烏骨雞剁成小塊.先把烏骨雞在熱水裡焯一下去腥味和血。

  2、姜蒜切片,蔥切段。

  3、當歸切成約2厘米長的段,黃芩切成5毫米厚的片。

  4、炒鍋刷幹淨放在火上,鍋中添油燒熱,下入姜蒜片和烏骨雞炒香,摻白湯,放味精,雞精,料酒,胡椒粉,當歸,黃芩,大棗,枸杞子,沙參,燒沸,除盡浮沫,倒入火鍋中即可。

  5、涮菜另加工,擺在烏骨雞火鍋周圍即可涮食。
