  1、煮兩個水煮蛋,取其蛋黃。

  2、黃油軟化以後,加入糖粉和鹽,用打蛋器打發。

  3、打到體積稍微膨大,顔色稍變淺,呈膨松狀。

  4、把蛋黃放在篩網上,用手指按壓,使蛋黃通過篩網,成為蛋黃細末加入面團中拌均。

  5、低筋面粉和玉米澱粉混合過篩入。
