1、選用新鮮的仔姜,切成斜片備用。

2、鍋内放油燒熱,放入蒜粒小火炸至表面金黃起皺。

3、這時放入少許仔姜爆香,然後放入雞塊。

4、開中火炸8分鐘,炸至雞塊表面金黃。

5、這時放入幹辣椒,用小火翻炒,炒出幹辣椒的香味。然後倒入剩下的仔姜,開大火爆炒。

6、中途加入2勺生抽,把食材翻炒上色,最後加半勺鹽調味即可。
