  1、材料:綠豆,糖。

  2、先把适量的綠豆放入清水清洗幹淨,洗兩遍為佳,洗好後往鍋裡倒入綠豆3倍左右的清水,倒入綠豆,然後開大火把水燒開,燒開後把火調節至最小,小火慢熬半個小時以上,用勺子搗起檢查豆是否煮爛,直至煮爛為止。

  3、最後加入适當的白糖,量視個人口味,冷卻後即可食用,放冰箱冷凍後口感更佳。
